Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic candidate for the role of ECA In-Charge. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for student development beyond academics and the ability to plan, organize, and manage a wide range of extra-curricular programs.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee all extra-curricular activities (ECAs) in alignment with the school’s vision and curriculum.
Design and implement a structured ECA program that supports students’ physical, social, emotional, and creative development.
Coordinate with teachers, coaches, instructors, and external facilitators for smooth execution of activities.
Monitor student participation, engagement, and performance in various ECA programs.
Organize inter-house, inter-school competitions, events, exhibitions, and performances.
Maintain schedules, activity calendars, attendance records, and reports related to ECAs.
Ensure student safety and discipline during all extra-curricular activities.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding ECA programs, events, and student participation.
Collaborate with school leadership and staff to integrate ECAs into the overall educational experience.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs as required.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Education, Sports Science, Arts, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in handling extra-curricular activities in a school or educational institution.
Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about student development and holistic education.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines effectively.
Flexibility to work beyond regular school hours during events and programs.
