Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated PE Teacher for PYP Program to join our dynamic team in Premier International School. Our school is dedicated to providing a holistic and enriching education experience to our students. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in physical education, a passion for promoting physical fitness, and the ability to encourage students to lead healthy and active lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive PE lesson plans that focus on movement, fitness, and basic sports skills
Actively supervise students during classes to prevent injury, ensuring all activities are safe and suitable
Encourage participation, positive attitudes, and healthy lifestyle habits while ensuring activities are adapted for students with varying abilities.
Evaluate student progress regularly, maintain records, and communicate with parents regarding student development.
Organize, supervise, and promote school events like sports days, field days, and intramural activities.
Participate in school meetings, events and professional development opportunities.
