We are a growing premium personal care brand focused on organic ingredients, clean formulations, and long-term brand building.

We are building our e-commerce website in-house and preparing for launch. We are looking for a hands-on Website & Digital Operations Coordinator who can move fast, execute independently, and help get the website live, clear, and functional.

This role is website-first. Social media support is secondary.

You do not need to know everything on day one, but you must be comfortable learning quickly, executing without constant supervision, and improving through feedback. Founder and primary business operations are based in the United States Some overlap with U.S. working hours is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Website Build & Launch (Primary – 70–80%)

Build and manage the e-commerce website (Shopify or similar)
Create and update core pages (Home, Product, About, Education, Policies)
Upload products, images, descriptions, pricing, and collections
Ensure website clarity, accuracy, and usability
Fix issues quickly and keep the site launch-ready
Coordinate layout, structure, and content decisions with the founder

Basic Online Visibility (Secondary – 10–15%)

Set up Google Search Console and basic SEO settings
Ensure the website is indexable and visible on Google
Track basic performance and flag issues early

Light Social Media Support (Secondary – 10–15%)

Set up and maintain Instagram (posting only)
Repurpose website content into simple educational posts
Maintain a calm, clean, trust-focused brand tone
No influencer outreach and no paid ads
General Digital & Operations Support
Prepare short summaries, task lists, and notes
Organize work using modern digital tools
Reduce founder workload through execution and structure

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Must Have

Minimum 3 years professional experience (not entry-level)
Hands-on experience with website builders or CMS tools
Comfortable working independently on a computer (not phone-only)
Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
Clear written English
Strong follow-through and execution mindset

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Shopify experience
Canva
Basic SEO knowledge
Instagram posting experience
Interest in organic or clean personal care products
Experience working with international teams
