Job Description

  • Coordinate with facility (Theater) Manager
  • Supervise, support and monitor all the staff regarding timing, performance and productivity 
  • Need to coordinate with HR related to leave of the staff
  • Able to manage the staff in rush hour by job rotation
  • Supervise cleanliness schedule 
  • Maintain and record client feedback and complaints.
  • Personal hygiene of the employees
  • Need to identify the goods to be purchased
  • Grooming the staff with their appearance 
  • Every day cash collection from Sr. Associate in Ticketing Unit (maybe after every show) 
  • Ensure proper functioning of all equipment & utilities
  • Tracking in marketing advertisement by coordinating with facility manager
