Job Description

Reporting to this position: Facility Manager
Total Compensation:  28K Gross Monthly
Supervision Authority: CSA / Projectionist / Logistic Executive

Professional Pre-requisites

  • Total 3 years of work experience (minimum 1 year in hospitality industry)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management (preferably in Hospitality Management)

Terms of Reference

  • Handles internal Daily or weekly meetings of housekeeping and security and internal staff as needed and reports to the Asst. / Facility Manager. 
  • Plans and manages meetings of internal staffs, housekeeping and security.
  • Prepares duty roaster of staffs and manage them in rush hours.
  • Directs staffs for cleaning and maintenance to ensure hygiene and safety.
  • Assists in preparing monthly and daily sales report to compare with data from ticketing software (AMTIX).
  • Assists in training the internal and outsources staffs to ensure the quality customer service.
  • Monitors the smooth operation of entire services provided to the guests to enhance the movie-going experience and respond appropriately to crisis.
  • Provides on the job training and development to new hiring and team members.

Note: The candidate should be willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
