Report to: General Services Supervisor

Working Hour: 48hrs per week

Fringe Benefit: As per AMA policy

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Driving duty for official transport services to AMA
• Taking care of vehicle assets, ensuring they are cleaned and well maintained
• Advising Supervisor when vehicles require maintenance and servicing
• Undertake Preventative Maintenance Checklist and work accordingly
• Set up for AMA events and activities including setting up outside furnishings, lights, sound system etc.
• Help with AMA events and activities as required
• Help with AMA events and activities arrangement of tables, chairs, and tent
• Support the commissary warehouse when required
• Lifting and shifting of office equipment when required
• Other duties as required by Supervisor

Skills and Experience:

• Full clean driving license
• Experience of driving SUV, motorbike and Hiace / Mini Van
• Strong communication and good written and vocal English language
