As a Door-to-Door Sales Assistant for our ISP (Internet Service Provider) company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our internet services directly to potential customers in residential areas. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and closing sales on the spot. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential areas to promote and sell internet services.
• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating the features and benefits of services.
• Listen to customer needs and concerns, address any questions they may have, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales on the spot.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, sales closed, and customer information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business development and improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
