Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and student-focused Content and Student Engagement Officer to develop engaging digital content and actively support student interaction both inside and outside the institution. The role involves creating social media content, promoting educational programs, engaging with students, and contributing to marketing and outreach activities to strengthen brand presence and student engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create engaging content for social media platforms.
Produce videos, reels, photographs, and student testimonials.
Write captions, scripts, blogs, and promotional materials.
Develop content related to IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, TOEFL, and Skills for English.
Design basic marketing materials and digital creatives.
Maintain a content calendar and content library.
Monitor content performance and audience engagement.

Student Engagement (Indoor)

Build positive relationships with students.
Visit classes and encourage participation.
Promote institute activities and events.
Organise quizzes, competitions, workshops, and speaking clubs.
Collect student feedback and report concerns.
Support a positive and welcoming learning environment.
Encourage students to share success stories and testimonials.

Student Engagement (Outdoor)

Represent the institute during promotional activities.
Conduct street engagement and awareness programmes.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and outreach events.
Engage with prospective students and answer enquiries.
Collect leads and support student recruitment activities.
Promote the institute's courses and services.

Marketing and Brand Promotion

Act as a professional ambassador for the institute.
Promote student achievements and success stories.
Support marketing campaigns and admission drives.
Increase brand awareness through online and offline activities.
Maintain a professional image at all times.

Administrative Duties

Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Maintain records of content and engagement activities.
Coordinate with academic, counselling, and marketing teams.
Track participation, engagement, and campaign results.
Ensure all content reflects the institute's standards.

Overall Purpose of the Role

Increase student engagement and satisfaction.
Strengthen the institute's brand presence.
Generate student enquiries and admissions.
Create meaningful content for marketing and promotion.
Enhance the overall student experience both inside and outside the institute.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Education, or a related field.
Strong skills in content creation including photography, videography, and social media management.
Good writing skills for captions, scripts, blogs, and promotional content.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Confident communication and interpersonal skills for student engagement and outreach activities.
Ability to organize and participate in events, workshops, and promotional programs.
Creative mindset with strong enthusiasm for education and student interaction.
Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
