Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage and organize company documents, records, and files systematically.
Maintain an up-to-date document control system to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Handle document classification, storage, and security to protect sensitive information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for document management.
Review and verify the accuracy of documents before processing and filing.
Coordinate with different departments to collect, store, and distribute essential records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documentation.
Monitor document expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of legal and contractual documents.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary records and documentation.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and document management software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Paying attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
