Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and student-focused Documentation Officer (Australia, UK) to join our team. This role involves assisting students with study abroad applications, ensuring accurate documentation processing, and providing end-to-end guidance throughout the admission and visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, suitable courses, and institutions — particularly in the Australia and UK.
  • Guide students through admission requirements, application forms, financial Requirements and Visa.
  • Prepare, verify, and process student financial documents for Genuine Student Assessment (GSA) and visa purposes.
  • Stay updated with university, embassy, and visa guidelines.
  • Communicate and follow up with students, universities, or partner institutions.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all documents.
