Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and student-focused Documentation Officer (Australia, UK) to join our team. This role involves assisting students with study abroad applications, ensuring accurate documentation processing, and providing end-to-end guidance throughout the admission and visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, suitable courses, and institutions — particularly in the Australia and UK.
Guide students through admission requirements, application forms, financial Requirements and Visa.
Prepare, verify, and process student financial documents for Genuine Student Assessment (GSA) and visa purposes.
Stay updated with university, embassy, and visa guidelines.
Communicate and follow up with students, universities, or partner institutions.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all documents.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation and student counselling.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or related field preferred).
Strong Understanding of Genuine Student Assessment (GSA) and able to effectively guide students to prepare financial documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of English and Nepali (spoken & written).
High attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and other digital tools.
