  • Handle document classification, storage, and security to protect sensitive information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for document management.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of documents before processing and filing.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect, store, and distribute essential records.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documentation.
  • Monitor document expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of legal and contractual documents.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary records and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
