Job Description

  • Preparation and verification of documents 
  • Collation and documentation of available documents 
  • Maintenance of reports and other relevant documents
  • Ensured adherence to established operating procedures during documents submission
  • Implemented submission of all documents within time and quality parameters
  • Scrupulously evaluate and validate all documents
  • Undertake administrative task and other assignments, which may be assigned from time to time. 
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our CRM database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiar with CRM system
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
