Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Division Manager – Kitchen Appliances is responsible for leading the division’s operational, strategic, and commercial activities. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring efficient production and distribution, driving product innovation, and achieving business growth in the kitchen appliances sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight

Manage daily operations across the division to ensure efficiency in production and distribution.
Streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

2. Product Development

Collaborate with R&D and design teams to develop innovative kitchen appliances that meet quality standards and market demands.
Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate customer feedback into product improvements.

3. Sales & Marketing

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to formulate and execute go-to-market strategies.
Drive product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities to increase market share.

4. Financial Management

Develop and manage division budgets and forecasts.
Ensure profitability through cost control and by analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

5. Team Leadership

Lead and manage a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities.

6. Strategic Planning

Define long-term growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities for market expansion, innovation, and business partnerships.

7. Project Management

Lead and execute key projects such as new product launches and process improvements.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

8. Stakeholder & Vendor Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and business partners.
Negotiate terms and manage vendor performance to support strategic goals.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

At least 2 years of experience in the related role and industry
In-depth knowledge of kitchen appliances, consumer electronics, or home goods markets.
Strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
