We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Digital Team Head to lead and oversee all digital marketing, branding, and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will be creative, tech-savvy, and skilled in managing a diverse digital team while driving measurable results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the digital marketing team and oversee all marketing initiatives in collaboration with a team.
Manage social media campaigns.
Plan, execute, and monitor SEO, SEM, and social media marketing campaigns.
Manage content creation, copywriting, and visual design projects.
Supervise website development and ensure smooth functionality and branding consistency.
Coordinate digital and physical marketing activities to achieve organizational goals.
Use digital tools and analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Manage performance of subordinates and foster a collaborative team culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and technology.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Required Age:Less than 27 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree running or above in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or team leadership roles.
Strong command over digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media, copywriting, and branding.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Good knowledge of Adobe Software. Must be able to instruct the team.
Skilled on Meta and Google Ads.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Presentable, outgoing, and people-oriented personality.
Tech-friendly, smart, and witty professional with a result-driven mindset.

Note:

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Candidates should reside within 15 km of Dillibazar to ensure ease of commuting.
