Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our online presence through targeted social media strategies and digital marketing initiatives. This role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to engage our audience and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Planning: Create content calendars and collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with marketing goals.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Utilize digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite for campaign tracking and optimization.
  • SEO & SEM: Conduct research and implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and increase user engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to guide decision-making, optimize future strategies, and meet performance KPIs.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to execution, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams and other departments to ensure campaigns reflect brand values and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on social media strategy and content planning
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEMrush,Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing social media strategies, with a portfolio of past campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to interpret and optimize campaign and content performance
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with creative teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
