Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and growth across music and entertainment platforms. This role focuses on content marketing, performance optimization, audience development, analytics, and cross-platform execution. The role ensures that all digital initiatives follow platform best practices and contribute to sustained brand and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead & Execute Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and MOMO App.
• Performance Marketing: Use data-driven insights to boost engagement, reach, and ROI. You’ll know your way around analytics tools and dashboards like a DJ knows their playlist.
• Content & Community Management: Lead social media strategy, content distribution, and app promotions that drive conversation and connection.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, report campaign performance, and constantly look for ways to make the next campaign even better.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, and digital strategy teams to ensure every campaign is on-brand, impactful, and scroll-stopping.
