Job Description

Manage the Leads generated by Digital Media
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Maintaining database of existing clients, dealers and potential clients.
Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Assist Digital customers with any questions or issues that arise via phone and email.
Replies to the social media posts and messages on Facebook and Instagram.
