Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content and Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily creation of engaging content, executing video promotions, running marketing campaigns, and driving digital advertisements across various platforms. Your efforts will directly contribute to building our brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and boosting conversions within the hygiene and personal care industry.

Working closely with the sales team and management, you will help create impactful marketing materials and campaigns that align with company standards, industry regulations, and consumer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in digital marketing while working in the fast-paced world of FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Marketing:

  • Content Development: Create compelling, relevant, and high-quality content (blogs, social media posts, articles, videos, infographics) that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our brand messaging.
  • Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotions, tutorials, and ads, ensuring high standards of quality and brand consistency.
  • Campaign Management: Design and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns ,across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize all digital content for search engines to drive organic traffic to our website and social media channels.

2. Social Media Management & Engagement:

  • Platform Oversight: Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent, onbrand messaging and creative output across platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across all social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.
  • Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media posts, blog updates, and video releases to ensure consistent engagement.

3. Advertising & Promotion:

  • Paid Advertising: Develop and manage paid advertising strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Creative Design: Use Adobe Photoshop and similar tools to create stunning ads, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Campaign Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

4. Analytics & Performance Reporting:

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEMrush to monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to refine campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Market Trends: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring that we’re always using best practices and innovative approaches.

5. Collaboration & Strategic Planning:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and management teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Brand Strategy: Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and brand positioning efforts, providing insights on content development, messaging, and campaign ideas.
