Job Description

  • Provide technical support, supervise and evaluate the work of the activity leaders ;
  • Analyse and approve the reports of the activity leaders and the pertinence of their activities to the needs of the beneficiaries and to the proposals for readjustment
  • Provide technical support to the teams when collecting information on the needs of the beneficiaries in the field of mental health ;
  • Collect and correct the information obtained by the activity leaders from each workshop’s evaluation grid
  • Share his analysis and viewpoints with the programme manager when activity leaders are being recruited.
  • Develop the teams’ capacities in programme analysis and context through training
  • Evaluate the level of skills of the activity leaders and their technical training needs ;
  • Organize and provide training
  • Supervise and evaluate the impact of the activities delegated by the programme manager.
  • Maintain strict respect for confidentiality

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Gross Salary per month: 71000+ excluding transport allowance and accommodation allowance (may vary upon distance and placement)
Duty Station: Kathmandu and Nuwakot
