Roles and responsibilities of this job

The candidate for this job position is responsible to develop a brand's image and maintain the desired public perception of that brand as part of the bank’s marketing strategy while working under the oversight and guidance of Head- Branding, Corporate Communication and CSR. The candidate is responsible for expanding a brand to the market, ensuring customer service and other business activities align with the brand image or modifying the strategy to reposition a bank within the market.

Eligibility Criteria for Senior Officer/Officer

Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field.
At least 5 years of banking experience in the related field/area.
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of July 24, 2019

Job grade shall be determined based on the previous experience in related field of the candidate. Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from the shortlisted candidates.
