• Fully accountable and responsible to the General Manager and Managing Director for the development of technical department of the Company consisting of three separate profit centres namely - Mechanical, Service, and Electrical.
• Responsible for executing the job/s and project/s economically and in time.
• Provide direct coordination of activities of profit centre, help overcome constraints one may face in achieving respective division's objectives.
• To plan timely, implement and monitor the activities of Mechanical, Service and Electrical Division of the Company.
• Assess and manage staff workload and report the status to the General Manager and Managing Director from time-to-time, and if required, take necessary measures and actions to solve problems
