  • Experience at a managerial position will be an asset for this position
  • Experience in INGO will be an asset for this position.

  • Excellent computer skills (MS office, outlook, internet) Experience on operating SAGA software would be an added advantage.

Job Description

TASKS AND RESPONSIBITIES:

  • Identify the training needs and organize training sessions in the cooperation with the –HR Manager and Finance
  • Participate in the recruitment of base team according the HR procedures
  • Delegate the activities and check that they are carried out properly
  • Carry out appraisals of the team members directly supervised ;
  • Ensure the HR administrative follow-up of base team members (leaves, attendance sheets…) according the HR procedures
  • Monthly treasury forecast for the base
  • Responsible for the financial verification of the expenses done on the base in compliance with the monthly treasury forecast
  • Responsible for the monthly closing
  • Participation to Base Functioning/Staff Plan design in collaboration with the HoD-Finance.
  • Participation in budget proposal designing in collaboration with the Base Log, Fin & HR Manager
  • Check and verify partner’s monthly accounting
  • To implement all HR procedures on the base ; to propose to HoD-HR new procedures if needed
  • Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator prepare for the base all contribution/proposition regarding changes in the HR policy, i.e. food baskets, organization chart, comments on the grades, to be communicated to the HoD-HR.
  • Supervise the booking of movement of expat staffs
  • Ensure proper facilities are available at Guest house and monitor expenses for Guest House
  • Conduct audit to ensure quality service provided to the expat & guests

Contract Type : Fixed Term Contract
Contract Duration : 9 months with possibility of extension
Gross Salary per month : NPR 72,000+ excluding transport allowance and accommodation allowance (may vary upon distance and placement)
Duty Station : Nuwakot
