Job Description

Supervising unloading function ensuring that materials have been received as per challan from factory
Intimating the sort/ damage materials while receiving consignment to factory
Enter order in SAP software and check the eligibility of scheme for dealers
Manage check and dispatches of Depot as per the invoiced materials
Monitor the receipt of material with proper sign, signature and date & time
Prepare documents for Stock taking (tally in the soft copy of stock and cross match in the system outcome from final stock taking sheet)
Proper deployment of operators and drivers
Ensure material in stock, dispatches to dealer with FIFO system and as per Stacking norms
Ensure 5S (safety precautions), a direction of QHES and ISO maintain
Take initiation on Customer Centricity issues of store part on priority basis
Report to Supervisor in daily and monthly basis
Proper entries of accounts in SAP software
