Job Description

Maintain and approve the attendance and leave records of the delivery riders on a daily basis understanding the daily availability and necessity of delivery riders.
Solve the general grievances of the delivery riders by proper counseling and maintain a good team spirit among them.
Maintain the records of the all payroll issues (for e.g. salary/incentives) of the delivery riders whenever necessary and coordinate with the HR / Finance & Accounts department for necessary handling.
Monitor and ensure that the delivery riders are abiding by the company policies and code of conduct (discipline, office time, attire, attendance, leave etc.)
Coordinate with the cross functional departments to manage and facilitate daily operations of the delivery riders. Administer company property provided and ensure its return in good conditions.
Provide daily/weekly report (whenever required) regarding the requirement of new hiring and replacements of delivery riders for particular fleet team.
Bridging management and riders relations by addressing suggestions, demands, and other concerns through regular communications.
