We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Officer to join our Invoicing & Vendor Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute their expertise in accounting while working in a dynamic and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Department: Invoicing and Vendor

Core Responsibilities:

Accurately enter invoices into the system and maintain updated records.
Verify invoice details including amounts, dates, and vendor information.
Cross-check payment methods with bank transactions for accuracy.
Maintain and update Excel reports related to invoices and payments.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and vendor pricing.
Monitor and prevent duplicate (double) payments.
Perform invoice verification and basic bank reconciliation tasks.
Update cost data to support pricing and financial accuracy.
Ensure all data entries are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to clarify invoice-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Background: Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet usage).
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Shift Timings:

3:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight (For Work from Home)
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (From Office)

Salary: Negotiable (Competitive remuneration package based on experience)
