Do you like to virtually sneak around in houses abroad and are you an accurate person, looking for a data entry job? Then we might be looking for you!

For our international (real estate) clients we produce floorplans, measurement reports, photo’s and video’s. Our colleagues abroad use the latest 3D scanning techniques to give us the input required to deliver these products to them. As part of this process, the scans have to be analyzed and information derived from them has to be entered into a database. We would like you to perform this analysis and directly report your findings.

Who are you?

• Have +2 or higher degree; any computer training or certification is a plus.
• Have prior experience in data entry work.
• Have aspiration in Engineering and Architecture.
• Have good computer skills specially in MS Office and any data program.
• Have a good typing speed and accuracy.
• Have a good command in English.
• Be motivated to learn.
• For current situation, willingness to work from home, have good computer to work on with decent internet.

 What do we expect from you?

• Collect accurate data, measurements and information from the given sketches and floorplans and enter it into a system or in an Excel sheet.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to explicit instructions provided for computer entry.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Work closely with Drafters and Quality Controllers for accurate data collection.
• Be proactive, self-motivated, detail oriented and organized.
• Be enthusiastic and have positive attitude.
