Roles and responsibilities of this job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior MIS Officer to support data management, reporting, and business analysis functions. The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to transform data into meaningful reports that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Database management: Maintain and optimize the centralized database; ensure data integrity, performance, and availability across all connected systems.
ETL design & development: Design and maintain data integration workflows using optimized stored procedures and structured table/view definitions; manage and monitor scheduled SQL jobs to ensure reliable and timely data processing.
Power BI development: Lead development of dashboards and paginated reports; drive the migration of global legacy reports to Power BI Paginated Reports.
Data integration & migration: Manage cross-system data integration tasks, particularly in the context of ongoing database migration; ensure data consistency and resolve integration issues.
Reporting & KPI support: Maintain daily and monthly MIS reports; lead baseline data preparation for PMS KPI dashboards and support quarterly KPI performance analysis.
