We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Analyst (AI & SQL Specialist) to support financial and operational decision-making through data extraction, analysis, automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SQL, AI-assisted tools, dashboard development, and financial data analysis, along with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, validate, and analyse financial and operational data from ERP systems and databases using SQL.
Develop, maintain, and optimize AI-assisted automated reporting systems and data visualization tools.
Design and manage dashboards, KPI trackers, trend analysis reports, and business intelligence solutions for financial reporting.
Collaborate with accounting and finance operations teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and process optimization using AI tools and automation platforms.
Perform ad hoc data analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of reporting issues.
Support financial planning, forecasting, and analytical modeling through data-driven insights and reporting.
Create and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and database procedures for efficient data extraction and reporting.
Prepare management reports, performance summaries, and analytical presentations for senior leadership.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting structures and data accessibility.
Ensure compliance with data governance, confidentiality, and reporting standards.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, financial analytics, or business intelligence functions
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis (mandatory)
Demonstrated experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, and analytical technologies
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial reporting systems, and business intelligence tools
Experience in dashboard development, KPI tracking, and data visualization tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful business insights
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple reporting deadlines effectively
Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
