Roles and Responsibilities

Team Tally Nepal is looking for confident and young professionals from accounts or commerce background to join our team as Support Executives. Training on our software will be provided. You’ll be the first point of contact with our clients needing assistance and you will use remote software to troubleshoot their issues. For complex issues you will take help or pass the ticket to the senior team.

The role also involves light sales tasks and visit clients for software installation and training.

The candidate should have positive communication, quick thinking and enthusiasm to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Support

Respond to incoming calls and messages from clients & partners and provide quality support
Provide support and service about Tally and Saral
Maintain client records and ensure all communications are properly documented.
Coordinate with internal teams to make sure client concerns are addressed promptly.
Draft and send professional emails for coordination and information sharing.

2. Administrative & Operational Assistance

Support daily support-related operations, documentation, and client database record-keeping.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in Commerce or Business Studies
1 –2 years of experience in software customer support service or sales sector
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Calm under pressure and able to handle client calls responsibly. Proactive, organized
Neat and clean appearance; Punctual and reliable; willing to work for at least 2-3 years period

Preferred Skills:

Should be good accounting knowledge. More than 60% marks in accounting and commerce.
Knowledge of Tally or any other accounting software would be a plus point.
Should know basic Word and Excel.

Office Timings:

Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shift 2: 10:30 AM – 6:15 PM
Lunch: 30-minutes break
