  •  Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service related work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to ask questions and articulate clearly and directly
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Job Description

As Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the teams in handling customer inquiries in the e-commerce platforms, social media sites, and emails. Fast, concise and clear communication is key as is cross-functional relationships with global and local teams.

  • Handle and process online such as social media messages and WhatsApp orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • A good listener and with an empathetic ear to understand new and existing customer’s needs
  • Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request in emails, online, and other ecommerce platforms
  • Liaise with sales officers, production, packaging, shipping, and other stakeholders as and when needed
  • Document action steps taken in computerized systems
  • Stay up to date on company products, features, and programs as well as industry trends
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
  • Promptly identify and resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Any other relevant duties as required from time to time

Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including half-an-hour lunch break)
