We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Document interactions, feedback, and transactions in the customer database
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to assist customers effectively

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Previous customer service or call center experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
