About the job

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
