  • We prefer bachelor running Students So that they can understand the value of learning and earning. We strongly decline applicants having a morning regular college shift as it will hamper both work and studies.

  • Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues

Your Job Role Will Be 

  • Provide a high quality phone and customer service support for end-user customer
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Generate sales leads
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes

Note: It is a full-time Night Shift Job which is fully office-based, employees will be 80% engaged in communication to help the USA customers.
