Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly capable and result-driven Operations Officer to lead and oversee the daily operations of SV Holidays. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international inbound and outbound travel operations, including client handling, group tours, ticketing, and customized package tours (especially Thailand and other international destinations).

This role requires excellent leadership, strong decision-making ability, and a deep understanding of travel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end travel operations for inbound and outbound tours
Manage international tour packages, with a strong focus on Thailand and other key destinations
Handle group tour planning, coordination, and execution
Supervise ticketing operations, bookings, and travel documentation processes
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring smooth daily workflow
Handle key client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
Monitor vendor, airline, and supplier coordination for best pricing and service quality
Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa processes, and company policies
Support business development through operational insights and process improvements
Take quick and effective decisions in high-pressure travel situations

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in the travel & tourism industry
Strong experience in international inbound and outbound tour operations
Proven expertise in group handling and client management
Hands-on experience in ticketing and package tour handling (especially Thailand and other international destinations)
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously under pressure
Strong understanding of travel systems, booking tools, and vendor coordination

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: NPR 40,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance-based incentives
Monthly complimentary Thailand tour (as per company policy)
