Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels including email, phone, and chat
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in our customer database
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping information and product inquiries
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and Provide feedback on common customer inquiries and concerns
Continuously improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company products and policies

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Excellent Communication Skills, both written and Verbal
Ability to remain calm and professional in Stressful situations
Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach
Experience Working in a fast-paced customer service environment
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
A Positive and Customer-focused attitude

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2 + Years of experience in customer service or a related field
Experience with CRM Systems and Customer Service Software preferred
