The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is the face of our flagship service center and a key brand ambassador. This role ensures a premium and personalized customer experience, smooth front-desk operations, effective service coordination, and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction in line with luxury automotive service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers with professionalism, warmth, and a premium first impression.
Manage customer appointments, service bookings, and job card creation to ensure smooth service flow.
Explain service processes, estimated timelines, and basic technical details clearly and reassuringly.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and workshop teams to track service progress and provide timely customer updates.
Communicate service status, delays, and vehicle delivery timelines accurately.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and proactively address concerns.
Maintain accurate customer information, service history, and feedback records in the CRM system.
Promote value-added services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and genuine accessories consultatively.
Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of the service experience.

Technical & Functional Skills:

Appointment scheduling and front-desk operations
Job card coordination and service workflow understanding
Basic knowledge of automotive service processes
CRM systems and customer data management
Computer proficiency (MS Office or equivalent)

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication
Fluency in English and the local language
Professional telephone etiquette and customer interaction skills
