Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Assist and report to Administrative Department
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Regular coordination with partner organizations and playing a major role in expanding it
  • Communicating and coordinating with all the departments as necessary
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
