  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute the company’s CSR strategy and policies.
    • Identify key areas for social investment and sustainability in alignment with the business strategy.
    • Set measurable goals and monitor performance of CSR initiatives.
  • Project Management
    • Plan, execute, and oversee CSR programs, campaigns, and community development projects.
    • Manage CSR budgets and resources effectively.
    • Monitor, evaluate, and report the impact of CSR activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with internal departments, NGOs, government agencies, and community partners.
    • Engage employees and promote volunteering programs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international CSR regulations and standards.
    • Prepare periodic CSR reports for management and regulatory bodies.
    • Maintain accurate records of CSR programs and outcomes.
  • Awareness & Communication
    • Promote CSR activities internally and externally via reports, social media, and events.
    • Conduct awareness campaigns and training sessions on sustainability and ethics.
