Job Description

What we are looking for?

  • Proven experience working as a Customer Support, Client Service Representative or similar role
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Handle customer calls, queries and take Food orders
  • Handle customer queries on Social Media Handles
  • Overall delivery management for riders for food delivery 
  • Manage order flow and outlet
  • Working with other logistic partners to fulfill delivery requirements on a regular basis
  • Prepare CS reports on a monthly basis
