Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Credit Sales Executive to manage dealer-level credit sales operations within Kathmandu Valley. The candidate will ensure smooth credit transactions, timely collection, and strong dealer relationships while expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage dealer-level credit sales operations across Kathmandu Valley.
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic dealers and BIO (Beverage Industry Outlet) partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective credit sales strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation of credit transactions.
Conduct market visits, identify new dealer opportunities, and expand sales coverage.
Prepare and submit regular sales, credit, and collection reports to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and local regulatory requirements.
Address customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum education: +2 pass (Intermediate).
At least 1 year of prior experience in Domestic + BIO sales.
Valid driving license (mandatory).
Must own a bike or scooter for field mobility.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in basic reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle credit responsibly.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary range: NPR 23,000 – 25,000 per month
