Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Credit Control Lead will oversee and manage credit control and collection activities across all group entities. The role is responsible for ensuring effective receivables management, compliance, reporting, and optimal fund utilization while coordinating closely with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, coordinate, and monitor operational budgets and analyze variances for management decision-making.
Field visit based on the requirement to assess the situation, gather additional information, and client meetings to enhance the collections, PR
Coordinate with operation, finance, sales & concerned departments to ensure due recovery from the client before withdrawing the services if any.
Lead and mentor the credit control teams to enhance their capabilities, performance, and Coordination to achieve the objectives.
Handle cash management and banking relationships to optimize cash utilization and minimize funding costs.
Plan the recovery based on the client collection schedule.
Coordinate with the client focal to ensure timely recovery of provided service charges.
Formal Communication with the existing clients & previous clients.
Prepare the reports & update the ongoing issue to the management.
Organize meetings with the client (external & international).
Lead the team/issue and present the comprehensive report to the comprehensive.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

BBS / Master’s Degree / Semi-Qualified CA (not completed)
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in credit control, receivables management, or finance roles.
Prior experience in collection management, client recovery, or cash flow management is preferred.
Experience in leading or supervising a team will be an added advantage.
