Sarawagi Rugs is looking for an experienced Creative And Execution Head Manager to join our team. The Creative Execution Head will be responsible for creative direction and overseeing the execution of creative projects. Will be responsible for collaborating, developing and executing marketing plans for our products and services. And showcase our product globally

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing teams, to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure the effective implementation of creative concepts across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and other relevant platforms
Develop and maintain relationships with media and advertising agencies.
Review and provide guidance for designing, texture, and colors to our design studio ensuring high-quality output that meets brand standards..
Lead and inspire a creative design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Conduct thorough reviews of creative materials to ensure they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project specifications.
Implement feedback loops to continuously improve creative processes and outputs.
Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage budgets for creative projects.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Good level of experience in a textile, Creativity, and Brand management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 5 years of experience required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of digital marketing /social media /International and National Trade fare and Events
Understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Ability to handle international clients
Ability to bring new clients
Ability to establish a brand globally

Qualifications:

Masters Running in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in a creative role within the textile industry, with a focus on product development and execution.
Strong knowledge of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the textile and fashion industry.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
