The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand, marketing, and growth strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business performance. The role requires a strategic and creative professional who can effectively manage brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, content strategy, influencer collaborations, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a cohesive master brand identity and ensure consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpoints.
Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, seasonal rollouts, product launches, and collection releases across digital and physical storefronts.
Develop and implement digital and e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Manage performance marketing campaigns and paid advertising initiatives to achieve target ROAS and customer acquisition goals.
Lead content planning, content direction, and social media marketing activities.
Oversee visual storytelling initiatives, including photoshoots, reels, lifestyle videos, and other creative content.
Drive social media engagement, community building, and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.
Manage influencer partnerships, public relations activities, and strategic brand collaborations.
Analyze marketing performance, website traffic, customer behavior, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing strategies.
Plan, allocate, and manage the monthly marketing budget to maximize return on investment.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5+ years of proven experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
Experience within D2C (Direct-to-Consumer), Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Retail, or Consumer Goods industries is strongly preferred.
Strong brand strategy and positioning expertise.
Digital marketing and e-commerce growth experience.
Performance marketing and paid advertising management skills.
Excellent campaign planning and execution abilities.
