Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a self-driven, result-oriented Counselor (Australia/UK) to guide students toward the right course, college/university, and study destination.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate counseling for Australia/UK study programs
Guide students on course selection, documentation & application process
Maintain proper records, follow-ups, and conversions
Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, social media) professionally
Stay updated on admission requirements, visa rules & university offerings
Support students through pre-departure and enrollment steps
