Job Description

  • Counsels students regarding our programs such as course and program selection, class scheduling, and career planning.
  • Maintains accurate and complete student records as required by administrative regulations.
  • Deals with all enquiries in professional and courteous manner personally or via telephone or email.
  • Updates the students about any kind of new happening and development in the courses so that the student is informed time to time about any kind of information relating to any new courses.
  • Provides crisis intervention to students when difficult situations occur.
  • Responsible for documentation.
  • Assists admission and other duties as assigned by concerned authority.
