We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team at Dikshya International as a Counselor. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing valuable guidance and support to our clients who are seeking to immigrate or study abroad. This is a mid-level position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the immigration and education processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert counseling to clients regarding immigration and education opportunities.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' profiles and provide personalized recommendations.
Assist clients with the preparation of necessary documents and applications.
Liaise with immigration and educational institutions to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Conduct networking and marketing activities to attract potential clients.
Attend seminars and conferences to further enhance knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration and education counseling.
Strong knowledge of immigration and education processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
