Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Counselor (South Korea) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the process of studying in South Korea, from university selection to visa application. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic goals abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional counseling to students interested in studying in South Korea
Guide students through university selection, admission procedures, and visa documentation
Assist in application processing and document verification
Maintain regular follow-up with students regarding the application and visa status
Coordinate with partner universities and relevant authorities
Maintain accurate records of student data and progress
Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets
Stay updated with South Korea's education policies and visa regulations

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in education consultancy, study abroad counseling, or related field.
Strong knowledge of South Korean universities, admission procedures, and visa processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong documentation and counseling skills
Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation systems
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
