Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor, located in Kathmandu. The Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance, assisting with course and university selection, and helping students with enrollment and migration processes. Daily tasks include meeting with students, understanding their needs, advising them on educational opportunities, and ensuring they meet all necessary requirements for their chosen paths.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing educational advice and counseling
• Ability to assist with enrollment and migration procedures
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with career planning and course selection
• Proficiency in local and international educational systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred
• Understanding of immigration processes is a plus
