The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the primary curriculum in our school. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all primary school activities, including curriculum development, classroom instruction, and student assessment
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' learning outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate primary school teachers' performance and provide guidance and support for professional growth
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students
• Oversee the enrollment process and manage student records, attendance, and behavior
• Organize and lead faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events
• Ensure compliance with all education and safety regulations and maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students
• Handle any disciplinary issues and provide solutions to maintain a conducive learning environment
• Communicate with school administration and make recommendations for improvements in the primary school program
• Stay updated on education trends and current research to incorporate into the curriculum and teaching methods.
