Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Guide and counsel students and parents for admission to overseas educational institutions in the USA, UK, and Canada
Establish and maintain relationships of trust with students
Conduct regular follow-ups with students via email, phone calls, and virtual platforms
Assist students with visa applications, including documentation and follow-ups
Liaise with overseas university representatives and maintain positive relationships
Provide effective and confidential counseling services to students
Develop and nurture relationships with various institutes, both existing and new, to capitalize on mutual interests
Stay updated on international education trends, visa regulations, and admission requirements
Organize and participate in education fairs and promotional events
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to attract prospective students

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Bachelor's degree completed
Excellent command of English with a professional appearance
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
In-depth knowledge of colleges, their academic programs, admission policies, and financial procedures
Motivated and results-driven approach to student recruitment
Supportive and positive attitude
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with college goals, objectives, and mission
Ability to effectively respond to the needs of a diverse student body
Proficiency in using relevant software and digital tools for student management and communication
